Why pottery for team building?
Pottery fosters collaboration, creativity, and communication among team members. It encourages sharing ideas, giving feedback and solving problems collectively, which strengthens teamwork and mutual understanding.
We create a relaxed environment with beginner-friendly projects making sure everyone has fun and leaves with a positive sense of accomplishment.
This shared creative experience breaks down barriers and builds camaraderie, leading to improved trust and cooperation.
What will we do?
- We encourage free building and creating an atmosphere where participants make their own decisions.
- We also bring along project ideas (easy-to-follow examples) for those who prefer them.
- Usual creations are cups, mugs, coasters, plates, platters and/or sculptures.
What you'll get
- We will provide everything needed to make ceramic objects.
- Participants will receive their finished, fired, completely functional ceramic creation two weeks after the workshop.

Participants will paint one pre-fired ceramic object. They will be able to choose between cups, bowls, vases, plates and platters.

We come to your venue with everything needed for a two-hour painting session.
All we need is tables and chairs, and a parking spot close to the venue.
Participants will paint one pre-fired ceramic object. They will be able to choose between cups, bowls, vases, plates and platters.
There's no handbuilding involved, this class is purely about ceramic painting and making the object their own.
We will then glaze and fire the objects in our studio and deliver them approximately 2 weeks later at your venue. Finished pots will be completely functional, dishwasher and microwave safe.
We offer a beginner-friendly, relaxed atmosphere where everyone will be able to get creative through a light, fun approach.
This workshop enhances morale, reduces stress, and creates lasting memories, promoting a positive and cohesive work environment.

We come to your centre with everything needed to hold a fun pottery activity.
Our experienced teachers will guide the class, support, and encourage children to express themselves through pottery in a relaxed and creative space.
How does it work?
- We offer age-appropriate, hands-on projects that are simple yet engaging and encourage children to feel a sense of accomplishment.
- Children will handbuild and colour their work with underglazes.
- Once the incursion is finished, we'll bring the creations to our studio to fire.
- The final, fired creations will be fully functional (microwave and dishwasher safe). We will deliver their pottery in separate labelled bags in about 2-3 weeks.

We bring everything needed to hold a fun pottery party for kids where each participant will handbuild their own ceramic object (they can build freely or choose from our projects).

They will colour their work with underglazes and we'll fire them at our studio. The objects will be fully functional and ready to use in two weeks time approximately.
We will deliver their pottery in separate labelled bags.
Our aim is that everyone has a positive and fun experience!

- Each participant will get their finished ceramics in a labelled birthday bag two weeks after the event.
- We can deliver the work to one venue (for example, your home) or you can pick up from our studio in Lane Cove.
